Awards and Exhibitions

Bear Creek Studio Juried Exhibition, Petrolia, Ontario, Canada, 1992: one watercolour shown in Juried Exhibition.

Sheguindah Centennial Museum Juried Exhibition, Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada, 1996: Best Watercolour and People's Choice in Juried Exhibition.

Northern Ontario Artists Association Juried Exhibtion, 1999: one watercolour shown; 2004: two watercolours selected for show. The NOAA Juried Exhibition travels to galleries throughout Northern Ontario for a year and was opened at the Gore Bay Museum, Manitoulin Island in August, 2004.

La Cloche Juried Exhibition, Whitefish Falls, Ontario, Canada, 2000: four watercolours shown, including Best of Show and Domtar Award in the 23rd Annual LaCloche Juried Exhibition. Two were watercolours were chosen for the 2001 Exhibition and three in 2002 and three in 2003. Honourable Mention was given to the watercolour, "Reflections", in the July 2008 Exhibition; 'Miss Lilly' ', in 2009 Exhibition; 'Miss Lucy' and 'Wee Key Stealer' and 'Wiky Gentleman' in 2010 Juried Exhibition.

Paint the Shores Huron County Juried Exhibition in Grand Bend, Ontario, Canada, 2002: one watercolour selected.

Best in Show, People's Choice, and Honourable Mention have been awarded Moira's watercolours in Juried Virtual Exhibitions on the World Wide Web.

A One Woman Exhibition was mounted, featuring paintings by Moira Elsley, at the Gore Bay Museum and Gallery on Manitoulin Island in 2007.
